A personalised Jikiden Reiki treatment for women looking for space to pause, relax and support their emotional wellbeing. Treatment is carried out fully clothed and promotes deep relaxation, calm and a sense of wellbeing.
It may be particularly helpful during times of stress, emotional challenge, grief or significant life change.
A supportive postnatal movement and yoga class, led by Charlie, a women's health physiotherapist, designed to help you reconnect with your body, build confidence and gradually return to movement after birth.
A practical way to begin rebuilding movement and strength without needing to separate your own wellbeing from caring for your baby.
A relaxed, supportive class where you can learn gentle baby massage techniques and enjoy dedicated time to connect with and nurture your baby.
You can join as soon as you feel comfortable getting out and about with your baby. There is no set minimum age for parents or babies.
Most baby’s start between age 4-12 weeks. If your baby is older than this you may prefer to attend the Baby Yoga course.
