Happy New Year. I hope that you had a lovely Christmas and got an opportunity to rest and relax.

With this newsletter I thought I would give you a quick round up of all I did in the last few months of 2021. It was definitely busy! I will just give you the highlights and delve into the details in future newsletters!

Womb and Fertility Massage

Wow, this course was one of the best courses that I have done.

“Fertility Massage is a nourishing blend of modalities, that when combined bring harmony and balance to the reproductive, digestive and sacral areas” Clare Spink, Course Founder.

This course blew my mind! Please, don’t be put off by ‘fertility’ in the title any woman (or man, as my long suffering husband knows) will benefit from this amazing treatment.

If you are at all interested in trying this please get in touch as I am looking for some case studies.

Aromatherapy for Menopause and Vaginal Health

I completed these two courses via distance learning with the fabulous Well School.

The first question I have been asked when I have talked to people about these courses is ‘does it involve vaginal massage?’ No! Whilst, having a massage is a great way of receiving aromatherapy. There are many other ways to experience an Aromatherapy treatment.

These courses covered a whole range of symptoms and conditions including vaginal dryness, endometriosis, thrush, vaginitis to name only a few.

Postnatal Recovery Massage

This course saw me trekking off to London for the day to work with the fantastic Sophie Messager.

This treatment is designed to help realign a mother both physically and mentally as their body returns to its non-pregnancy self.

I hope that I will be offering this treatment by the end of January.

Baby Massage

Back in May last year I completed a baby massage course. I did nothing with this until my friend gave me the tough love that I needed to sort myself out and organise a course. So, my first baby massage course is starting in Trull Memorial Hall, near Taunton Somerset on Wednesday. Although this group is fully booked please do get in touch if you are interested as I am hoping that the courses will run regularly.

2022 – What have you got in store

I haven’t gone into as much detail as I could. Believe me I’m so passionate about the courses I’ve done. I could write pages, but I just want to give you a little taster. Over the next few weeks I will write about each one in more detail.

If you are interested in learning more about any of the treatments I’ve talked about today then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I am really looking forward to 2022. My brain has been working overtime and I have some exciting plans for the year to come.

Thank you as always for your continued support, I really appreciate it.

I look forward to seeing you soon.

Take care, Julia x
