The training behind my work
One of the things I value most in my work is continuing to learn, refine, and deepen how I support women at different stages of life. Many of the treatments I offer are informed by specialist training that goes beyond standard massage education, allowing me to work with greater sensitivity, confidence, and understanding.
Womb and Fertility Massage
Womb and fertility massage was one of the most impactful courses I’ve undertaken. It taught me a blend of techniques designed to support balance and harmony across the reproductive, digestive and sacral areas.
This course blew my mind! Please, don’t be put off by ‘fertility’ in the title any woman (or man, as my long suffering husband knows) will benefit from this amazing treatment.

Aromatherapy for Menopause and Vaginal Health
I also completed specialist training in aromatherapy for menopause and vaginal health through the Well School.
A question I’m often asked when I mention this training is whether it involves vaginal massage. The answer is no. While massage is one way of experiencing aromatherapy, there are many other effective and appropriate ways to work with essential oils to support intimate and hormonal health.
This training deepened my understanding of how aromatherapy can be used to support symptoms such as vaginal dryness, hormonal changes, endometriosis, recurrent thrush and vaginitis, always in a way that feels safe, respectful and informed by how you are feeling.

Postnatal Recovery Massage
My postnatal recovery massage training took me to London to work with the wonderful Sophie Messager.
This treatment is designed to help realign a mother both physically and mentally as their body returns to its non-pregnancy self. It focuses on gentle realignment, reconnection and holding space for recovery. It recognises that postnatal healing is not just about muscles and posture, but about feeling supported and grounded during a period of enormous change.

I continue to invest significant time with Hannah Poulton, the UK’s leading scar specialist. I’m excited to incorporate everything I’ve learned to enhance the scar treatment results further.
Charlie has been expanding her expertise in physiotherapy for pregnant women by completing a Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) course. This specialised training has updated her on the latest techniques to support you during pregnancy.
The knowledge I gain through these courses I blend into the techniques I apply during your treatments. This is why the start of all treatments is a thorough consultation enabling me to understand from you where to focus.
