The hub is really going to come to life in February with some new classes and therapies all launching. If you’ve been thinking about prioritising your wellbeing, returning to movement, or carving out some space for yourself, this might be the perfect time.
Reflexology appointments now available – starting Friday 6th February
Reflexology is now launching at the Hub, with appointments available from Friday 6th February.
Michelle Irish joins Willow Grace as our reflexologist, offering deeply calming treatments that can support stress, sleep, hormonal balance, fertility journeys, pregnancy and postnatal wellbeing. Reflexology can be a wonderful way to slow down and support your nervous system, particularly during busy or demanding seasons of life.

New yoga classes starting 6th February

I’m really pleased to welcome Holly to the team and launch two yoga classes every week at the Hub from Friday 6th February, designed to support women at different stages and needs.

Mindful Morning Yoga | 10:30–11:45
A calm, supportive class designed to help you start your day feeling steady, grounded and more at ease in your body. -
Postnatal Yoga | 13:00–14:15
A supportive postnatal yoga class to help you gently rebuild strength, mobility and confidence after birth. Babies are very welcome.
The classes will be run by Holly Manigan an experience yoga teacher.
Both classes are intentionally small to ensure a supportive, personal feel.

Postnatal Personal Training – starting Saturday 7th February
Postnatal personal training classes with Helen Shewry will be starting on Saturday 7th February at 9am.
These sessions are designed to support women returning to movement after birth. Making sure they do this in a way that feels safe, informed and empowering. Helen focuses on rebuilding strength, confidence and functional movement, with an understanding of the realities of postnatal bodies and busy lives. Contact Helen for more information and to book.
She’s also running a c-section rehab class on Tuesday evenings at 7pm starting on 10th February. This is intended for those further into the recovery than the class we are currently running. Book in here. Finally, Helen is also available for 1:1 support.

Bumps and Brew – Saturday 21st February
We are back for a cosy spring morning of coffee, croissants, connection & expert support. A relaxed, friendly space to feel informed, reassured & ready for birth.
You’re welcome to come solo, with your partner, bring a friend, or anyone who’s supporting you on your pregnancy journey.
